Madhusthali Vidyapeeth has had a long standing tradition of preserving the culture of flora in the campus. In order to sensitize students towards the need to preserve our environment and ecology tree plantation drive is organized every year in the campus.
The morning assembly was addressed by Shri Anindiya Chaudhuri (Project Head) who is also heading our Madhusthali Prakriti Sanrakshan Project also known by the name-
Inclusive Regenerative Sustainability and Education Model.(IRSEM)
The project will not only help our students to emphasize the need for the tree plantation drive to save our eco system but also to preserve the environment for the future generations.
Altogether, 200 variety saplings were planted alongside the school walls led by the Teachers and the students of Classes VI to X and MV Scouts and Guides.
The drive was a huge success, empowering students with substantial knowledge of environment and plants.
Our huge thanks also goes to our Management, Coordinators and teachers involved for the entire support and guidance.
