Parents Orientation Program Conducted,2025

Parents Orientation Program for the new junior section parents was conducted on 26th April 2025 in the Campus Auditorium to equip parents with essential information, support, and resources, enabling them to understand and engage in their child's educational journey.

The event mainly aimed to build a strong partnership between the school and parents while offering a glimpse into the academic and co-curricular roadmap for the year ahead.

These programs aim to foster a collaborative environment between parents and schools, ensuring a seamless and enriching educational experience for students.

The program opened up with a welcome address by our respected Principal Sir, who shared the school’s vision for nurturing future-ready students through a balanced focus on academics, discipline, and character development.

This was followed by an insightful presentation on the National Education Policy (NEP) by the Education Officer Sir, which helped parents understand the major reforms being integrated into the school's curriculum and approach.

Ms. Insha Afreen, Junior School Coordinator, took the stage next to introduce the school's academic heads and class teachers, followed by an informative segment on the ERP platform and its role in ensuring smooth and transparent communication between the school and parents.

Parents were then presented with a glimpse of the academic year 2024–25 and briefed on the structure of school diary pages, emphasizing important policies and guidelines.

An engaging Abacus presentation by the Abacus team was a highlight of the event, featuring a live demonstration by Vaibhav Bathwal of Std. IV ‘A’, showcasing mental math agility and concentration.

The program also featured an interactive session titled "Chai Pe Charcha", led by Ms. Shabnam Parveen, Foundational Stage Coordinator, along with the school heads. This candid discussion allowed parents to raise queries, share feedback, and understand the school’s expectations in a relaxed and open environment.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by our esteemed Headmaster Sir, who expressed heartfelt appreciation to the parents for their valuable presence and trust in the institution.

The Orientation Program served as a meaningful bridge between the school and its parent community. It not only provided clarity on academic and co-curricular planning but also strengthened mutual understanding and collaboration.

A big thanks to the entire Junior Section Teachers, Coordinators, Activity Coordinator, Campus Administrator and Staff for making the program a success.
