Around 80 day scholar students and 80 residential students enthusiastically participated in the Sky Watching Programme, where they experienced the wonders of the sky under expert guidance. With the help of telescopes, and under the guidance of Mr. Suman Dutta and Mr. Sujit Roy from Sky Watching Workshop LLP, students observed the setting sun, planets, and different *formations of stars.
Adding a special highlight to the programme, Class IX students – Master Akshat,Master Vivan, and Master Raj, under the guidance of their mentor Mr. Rashedul Quadir, successfully made a telescope. This student-made telescope was showcased during the morning assembly, where the students also shared their learning experiences, inspiring their peers.
The programme generated great excitement and curiosity among students, making learning both fun and memorable. Snacks were also provided, adding to the joyful atmosphere.
The students thoroughly enjoyed the session, and the programme turned out to be a grand success.
Heartfelt thanks to the Management Team, all the Campus Heads, and teachers for their constant support and efforts in making this event successful.
