‘Your Teacher can open the door,
But you must Enter.’
To commemorate the birth of the second President of India Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who was a philosopher and a great teacher, 5th September every year is celebrated as Teacher’s Day. His contribution towards Indian education is undeniable.
The Teacher’s Day was organised by the Middle & Senior School Students with incredible gusto and zeal in Madhusthali Vidyapeeth.
A warm welcome at the hall entrance with flowers, cards and tastefully decorated ‘ENTRANCE’ was pleasant surprise for all the teachers.
Teachers play a major role in making their students responsible citizens of tomorrow and good human beings. Hence to express their gratitude, a wide range of activities were organised on this occasion.
Fun filled games were planned at the school ground which reminded the teachers of their school days and made them feel nostalgic. That was not all, the students planned many spectacles for the day and showcased many scintillating dance performances, on some peppy numbers which highlighted the heart warming relationship between a teacher and a student.
The Hall vibrated with power packed and sensational performances of the teachers. The melodious songs, the heart throbbing dances and thrilling games made the day the most memorable one for the teachers.
Also, the school was called off a half day, following which the teaching & admin staff were taken for a sumptuous lunch at the school dining hall.
The day concluded by honouring the teachers for their valuable contributions to the school. They were felicitated with gift hampers by our Management Team.
Principal Sir and Headmaster applauded the students for their tireless labour and love displayed on the occasion. He urged the students to come forward to render their cooperation for a sound academic year.
